Why is bordem so tiring?

This picture says it all. Bordem is so tiring omg! But why is that? I'm not doing anything, shouldn't I not be tired? It turns out that when the mind is engaged in activities that are liked by the individual, you are not tired. Weird huh? Even though being engaged in activities release fatigue toxins in your brain you feel so not tired. But being bored / not doing anything does not produce fatigue toxins yet you are more tired than ever! This goes to show that we need to be engaged, physically, emotionally, mentally etc. we cant just sit around, we will be more tired than if we were actually doing something (funny how that works). Hehe, even typing this post, my mind is engaged and im less tired already, pretty neato!! haha. This is not break through science, you can figure this out by mere experience, i just needed to do this b/c ive neglected my blog for soooo long **sad face** and sorry Google for wasting server space, PRECIOUS server space, actually im not that sorry... well maybe a lil.

enjoy michelle :)

Updation-TED(Technology-Entertainment-Design)

Updation: 1. the process of updating one's blog. 2. Making known to followers the recent activities/experiences and thoughts.

So ya, i made up the word, so i figured i would define it(first rule in making the audience understand your topic ). I feel like i always do this haha, all my blog entries are not really entries they are more like me telling you that i will be making blog entries. And this one is no different, hehe, one of these days i will be consistent in delivering substantial blog entries.. one of these days. But i guess if i really had to practice this whole "updation" thing, i would say that lately i've been listening to talks on TED.com I discovered this website and i really like it, so it basically has speakers from all different disciplines, and they share their ideas about the research they've done etc. I dont really listen to the talks for its content per se(unless its about technological advancement, me like those hehehe)i listen to them mostly for the apporach they take in delivering their message. Alot of the talks tend to be preachy and tend to try to get you on board for some "good cause".... not really into that, but the ways in which they do it is very interesting. It's always cool to see people really passionate about what they do and how they always try to get others on board, they believe that what they are doing is totally worth it/exciting, and that's the one characteristic that all TED speakers have in common.

P.s.: i'm taking a picture of myself everyday until May to capture the changes(physically) that i go through my last semester in college!!

Enjoy michelle :)
